Starting my career at Getinge as a Co-Op student was a great introduction to the company and my future role at Getinge.  The Internship Experience program at Getinge was a valuable learning opportunity that you can’t get anywhere else. We were able to feel like we were part of the company, while learning about the medtech industry. As a student and now alumni of New Jersey Institute of Technology, this experience has been a vital addition to our education and our professional development.

Nick Reincheld - Quality/Regulatory Affairs

Nick Reincheld comes from a unique background. Unlike the majority of his cohort, Nick does not possess a STEM degree or specialize in quantitative pursuits. Nick pursued an International Affairs degree from Ohio University, and has leveraged this unique experience in remarkable ways here at Getinge. Nick exemplifies diversity of thought; on his small team, he works closely with multicultural cross-functional teams on the essential “GetAligned project” aligning international documentation to global standards.

Through his extensive academic studies of International Affairs, Nick has been able to successfully collaborate and communicate with international teams. Throughout his time at Getinge, Nick has continued to feel empowered, “No matter how small you feel, you’re still making a huge impact. I’m enabled to help bridge international gaps and ensure the entire company is aligned to global documentation practices.” Nick’s native knowledge of Italian helps, too!
