Qualifications:

• Master,Bachelor Degree in Business Administration , Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in comperable position,
• Strong knowledge in application of bookkeeping , accounts payable , general ledger , reconciliations and related accounting functions , and IFRS,
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
• Detailed oriented , accurate , eager to learn , and improve herself/himself
• Demonstrable high level of interpersonal skills and patience,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• SAP experience is an asset,
• Fluent in English,
• Outstanding attention to details and strong analytical skills,
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels,team player,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

• Ensuring application of Accounting Guidelines through analysis of company processes.
• Coordinate accounting activities performed by Shared Service Center
• Supporting , coordinating , controlling and monitoring Shared Services Team in Poland in respective areas.
• Bridge function between vendors , banks, local team and shared services team in Poland to resolve the problems and disputes.
• Performing month-end and annual financial closings for IFRS and tax accounting.
• Preparation , controlling , analysis of respective reports for tax declarations.
• Controlling and reporting cash flow , credit , fund and bank transactions;
• Ensuring application of Financial Reporting Guidelines , IFRS , Local GAAP and Controlling standarts through analysis of company processes.
• Responsible for review and bookkeeping of expenses,
• Reporing and monitoring of key data and ratios in respective areas.
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and administrative reports;
• Preparing supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Responsible for stocktaking processes.
