The position is responsible for managing and developing the CVT product portfolio and business in the XinJiang, NingXia, QingHai, GanSu and ShaanXi provinces. He/ She will develop and implement the China Business Strategy to fulfill the local targets of External sales, Order intake, Contribution margin, expenses, working capital, and market share growth

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

A: Sales, Distributor management 销售额和经销商管理 (55%)

  • Develop sales plan with the region to align with the company marketing and sales plan and priorities;

制定所负责区域内的与公司市场和销售计划及优先级别保持一致的销售策略方案

  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve sales target with comprehensive KPIs

执行月度、季度和年度销售任务,完成各项既定的销售目标

  • Contribute on feedback and suggestions to improve sales efficiency, ROI and marketing program

提供反馈和建议,确保提高销售效率、投资回报率和营销计划

  • Develop distributors and set up channel system to drive sales and promote revenues

发展经销商,完善渠道体系,推动销售,促进公司业绩

  • Build and maintain good working relationship with distributors and agents

B: Customers Development and Maintenance 客户开发和维护 (25%)

  • Interface sales channel and visit existing and potential end user to help resolve problem to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

C: Others 其他 (20%)

  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager

  • Establish effective relationship and collaboration with other departments

Minimum Requirements任职条件

  • Junior college degree or above in any majors

大专或以上学历, 专业不限

  • Minimum 3 years working experience with sales manager in healthcare industry

至少3年在医疗行业从事销售经理的经验

  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent
