As an Area Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the sales while providing clinical support in respective area and meet sales target assigned, engage customers on the set up and usage of our products.

 

We are looking for an Area Sales Specialist to contribute towards Getinge Thailand organization and develop Surgical Workplaces department. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by providing innovative products and services to customer.

 

Day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • Achieve sales target in the respective area.
  • Provide support some in-service cases and sales call from physicians in the respective area.
  • Conduct technical training and presenting product to health care professional members.
  • Manage medical device in assigned area and monitoring inventory movement.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to Sales Director.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational program/ training and study on clinical paper.
  • Prepare sales reports and submit them to Sales Director in timely manner.
  • Monitor and share the current trends in the market / healthcare industry and competitors.
  • Manage Demo equipment according to related SOP and guidelines.
  • Key opinion leader and Key account management and relationship management with Surgeon, Nurse, and hospital stakeholder.
  • Fulfill duties as assigned by the Sales Director.

Your experience includes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, Medical Technology, Medical Science and/or a combination of education and related work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in driving sales targets achievement.
  • Solid understanding of local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy, application of business concepts, quality procedures and practices.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Thai.
  • Intermediate to advance skills in negotiation and selling skill in competitive situation and strong desire to succeed.
  • Positive attitude and good team player also ability to think and act quickly.

 

In this role, you may be required to travel up to 80% to visit customers, other offices, and to support the sales process domestically and internationally.
