Clinical and Marketing Manager responsible for supporting sales team, provide products knowledge, solve problems of ventilator and anesthesia machines include promote products to customers. Responsible for training (Internal & external) and indirect sales to support the products, market movement to help sales team reach the target.

 

We are looking for a Clinical and Marketing Manager to contribute towards Getinge Thailand organization and develop Acute Care Therapies department. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by providing innovative products and services to customer.

 

Day to day responsibilities will include: 

 

Education & Training

  • Enhance product knowledge for internal sales teams and external customers by:
    • Conducting training sessions for the sales team.
    • Providing product training to customers.
    • Keeping the sales team updated on new product/clinical studies and developments.
    • Preparing and distributing product specifications, manuals, and tools like presentation materials, brochures, and other materials for sales use.
    • Staying current with industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing relevant publications, building networks, and participating in professional organizations.

 

Marketing Activity

  • Gather product market data by visiting customers alongside the sales team to collect feedback, monitor product performance, and stay informed about competitor activities.
  • Provide in-case support during product launches or when customers call for assistance with new installations.
  • Analyze market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' offerings (e.g., during presale activities) and updating the team on competitor movements.
  • Work with the Sales Director to develop strategies for increasing product market share.
  • Participate in industry societies, annual congresses, educational events, and customer conferences, including setting up exhibition booths and organizing conference workshops.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and sales team to develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), such as local or conference speakers.
  • Support new product launch activities.

 

Support selling process

  • Assist in the tender process.
  • Prepare product specifications and configurations.
  • Provide pre- and post-sale support to customers in hospitals.
  • Assist with sales visits and problem-solving efforts.

Your experience includes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, Medical Technology, Medical Science, Medical Instrumentation and/or a combination of education and related work experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in clinical support, providing product education to sales teams and customers, as well as managing educational and marketing activities for ventilator and anesthesia machines.
  • Drive and passion to identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Able to provide advance products knowledge information in a professional manner to the customers.
  • Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities in adverse circumstances.
  • Solid understanding of local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy, application of business concepts, quality procedures and practices.
  • Strong presentation skill and sense of selling skills in competitive situations, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Fluent in English and Thai language.

 

In this role, you may be required to travel up to 60% to visit customers, other offices, and to support the sales process domestically and internationally.
