Job Overview

The Delivery Fulfillment is responsible for managing and coordinating daily transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues. The position also includes reporting duties and cost management related to transportation.

 

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Plan and coordinate product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments
  • Design efficient transportation routes and select appropriate vehicles, including temperature-controlled options when required
  • Optimize domestic transportation costs through strategic planning and cost-effective delivery methods
  • Monitor delivery progress, logistics performance, and transportation expenses to ensure compliance with service standards and budget targets
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to arrange transportation and resolve delivery issues
  • Review and verify shipping documents such as purchase orders (PO), delivery notes, and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery status, supplier communications, and transportation expense claims, including coordination with finance for reimbursement
  • Prepare logistics reports and maintain related documentation
  • Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports to track activities, performance, and progress
  • Develop and improve logistics processes for greater operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
  • Transportation planning experienced at least 3 years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good computer skills MS Office- Word, Excel (Pivot, vlookup, xlookup), Power Point
  • Good negotiation & monitoring skill
  • Strong communication skill and well collaborated between sections / departments / suppliers
  • Positive and pro-active attitude
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
