The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for delivering key HR functions that support the organization’s people strategy. This role includes managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee development, compensation, and benefits administration, offboarding, and supports strategic HR initiatives and global assignments.

 

We are looking for Human Resource Business Partner to contribute towards Getinge Thailand organization and develop Human Resource department.

 

Day to day responsibilities will include: 

 

HR Business Partnering

  • Provide knowledge, advice, direction and feedback to People Leaders and employees on a broad range of HR issues.
  • Act as the primary HR business partner for Thailand organisation.
  • Provide support to deliver key people initiatives related to talent development, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics and trends, identify and address HR issues and risks, and evaluate and improve the effectiveness and impact of HR interventions.
  • Support the annual remuneration review process including bonus payout letters and confirmation of bonus plan structures.
  • Advise Managers and employees on policy interpretation and application.
  • Partner with Managers in assessing performance and misconduct issues and provide appropriate guidance and support.
  • Conduct local investigation processes and implement key recommendations.
  • Drive and embed the behaviours of the Getinge organisation through aligning people processes and delivering relevant workshops.
  • Partner with local and global HR colleagues to support talent mobility processes and relevant visa processes.

 

Success Factors & Power BI – Data management and reporting

  • Maintain employee record and manage employee movements, such as hiring, terminations, promotions, and transfers, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in SuccessFactors.
  • Provide advice and direction on Success Factors Governance Framework.
  • Providing reports to the business from Success Factor and Power BI to inform decision-making.

 

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding process

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, salary offers, and employment contracts.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to pre-boarding and onboarding activities.

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Maintain employee benefits such as leave management, social security, provident fund, healthcare insurance, and annual medical checkups, etc.
  • Handle payroll processing in collaboration with payroll vendors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

 

Learning & Development

  • Support on necessary soft skill training needs of the employees and coordinate employee training & development activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of training records to the Department of Skill Development and manage annual compliance requirements.

 

Projects

  • Participate in HR Projects both locally and within the SAPAC and global HR community.
  • Assist the Senior HR Manager in the implementation of business wide initiatives.

 

Compliance with Quality Management Systems

  • Ensure HR processes adhere to company standard operating procedures, and the requirements of ISO9001 and ISO13485.

 

Offboarding process

  • Execute offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant exit for employees, including conducting exit interviews, managing final documentation, and ensuring all company assets are returned.

 

Other Responsibilities

  • Handle work permit and Non-B visa applications for management.
  • Handle local legal requirements.
    1. Annual submission of Workmen Compensation’s report and contribution.
    2. Annual submission of Working Condition to Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
    3. Annual submission of the report and contribution to Department of Empowerment of Penson with Disability.

Your experience includes: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage HR operations efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledgeable in local labor law.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards is a plus.
