Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from planning through to completion. 

 

We are looking for a Project Manager to contribute towards Getinge Thailand organization and develop After Sales Service and Installation department. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by providing excellent service installation to customer. 

 

Day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • Attend company internal project kick-off meeting, and request all required inputs data to the Sales team and customer.

  • Review contractual documents, products configurations and customer requirements during the planning phase. Feedback any discrepancy, technical problem and potential risk to the Sales teams.

  • Prepare and manage all the project documentation:

  • Technical drawings (setting out, elevation, utility)

  • MOS, SWP, RA

  • Revise when required until as built

  • Upload all the documentation to SharePoint and share with all the parties.

  • Submit drawings and documentation to customer and receive approval before start of works.

  • Manage project timeline, project progress, and adapt work as required.

  • Coordinate internal resources and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.

  • Coordinate the products and material deliveries to meet the project timeline.

  • Prepare scope of works and expected reports/ checklist for all external contractors.

  • Attend on-site all the critical project milestones:

    • Site survey, handover, meetings

    • Setting out

    • Pre-T&C checks and tests

    • T&C and handover

  • Confirm with the customer the handover documentation requirements and prepare the checklist/ templates/ reports accordingly.

  • Lead the resolution of interfacing/ coordination/ technical/ supply issues.

  • Prepare project cost/ margin reports for Finance and trigger invoicing at project milestones.

  • Upload all the as built drawings and project closure documentation to SharePoint and share the learnt lessons among the project team.

  • Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Medical Device, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within hospital or industrial facility environments

  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, relocation of machinery, and system design in the following areas:

    • Steam Systems

    • Network System

    • Electrical Systems

    • Cleanroom Systems

    • Wastewater Systems

    • Compressed Air Systems

    • RO/DI/Water Treatment Systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD, with the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings

  • Able to work both in the office and at project sites (on-site)

  • Strong skills in project planning, execution, cost control, and issue resolution

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Capable of delivering professional project presentations and progress reports

  • Willingness to travel to upcountry locations or abroad as assigned

  • Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken

  • Able to work overtime, during night shifts, or on weekends/public holidays when required

  • Experience with sterilizers (autoclaves) will be considered a strong advantage

     

In this role, you may be required to travel up to 80% to visit customers, support field work, construction site across Thailand.
