As a Senior Project Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting product and manage sales revenue to meet target assigned including provide the right product information that meet customer needs. Provide recommendation to solve the problem during using the products. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and expand sales orders to meet or exceed assigned targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned products to effectively present solutions tailored to customer needs. Highlight product advantages to align with customer requirements.
• Analyze current and potential customer behavior, including product usage, preferences, and challenges, to identify opportunities and improve engagement strategies.
• Prepare product catalogs, samples, and presentations.
• Manage bidding process to secure project wins.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational program/ training.
• Provide product training to customers as needed. Represent the company at exhibitions and events to promote offerings and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with customers to understand and resolve issues. Propose tailored product that demonstrate clear value and differentiation from competitors.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to protect and grow market share. Identify opportunities to penetrate competitor accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable product, equipment, or service adaptations.
• Contribute to team success by supporting cross-functional initiatives and achieving shared goals.

Your experience includes: 

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Medical Technology, Medical Science degree and/or a combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and projects management.
• Proficiency in driving sales targets achievement.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly, actively listen to client feedback, and effectively relay information to colleagues or managers.
• Solid understanding of local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy, application of business concepts, quality procedures and practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Thai.
• Ability to use Auto CAD or REVIT program will be advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in negotiation and selling skills in competitive situations and a strong desire to succeed.
• Positive attitude and good team player also ability to think and act quickly.
