IWS (Integrated Workflow Solutions) offers solutions for optimizing sterile reprocessing by tracking sterile supplies as they travel through decontamination, packing, sterilization, storage, dispatch and use. In the operating room, our software helps further enhance patient safety by documenting used instrumentation and pre-sterile goods and providing accurate and auditable electronic records.

Product Range:   T-DOC/Tegris/Insight/MediTrax sales,Traybax and Scantrack products

 

Job Purpose: 

  • To be the commercial specialist for developing Integrated Workflow Solutions inc T-DOC/Tegris/Insight/MediTrax sales for all existing & future customers in the UK year-on-year, whilst supporting current Traybax and Scantrack products and customers.
  • To champion and drive forward the growth of the business within the designated territory, by developing relationships with key influencers.
  • To provide specialist sales support to key customers who in turn provide the best possible solutions for patient care and instrument management.
  • To promote the range of  IWS products manufactured and marketed by Getinge.

 


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Be the main point of contact for all existing customer T-DOC, Traybax, Scantrack, MediTrax, Tegris and Insight sales enquiries.
  • To produce quotes/tenders, service renewals and associated correspondence within given timescales
  • To deliver corporate and product specific presentations to all key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • To follow up and monitor bid progress to financial close working directly with customers and the Capital Sales team
  • Provide sales support to customers on a daily basis with selling, education, evaluations and follow up visits
  • To build and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Implementation of all key educational programs and tools
  • To assist with the management of all tracking & traceability projects as necessary
  • To ensure that the internal sales systems are used consistently and effectively (e.g. CRM system)
  • Meet sales targets / establish opportunities and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
  • Support promotional activity as directed by sales management.
  • Responsible for timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.
  • It is essential to have excellent written and spoken English. 

Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Education or qualifications: 

  • Preferred Sales Training, Presentations Training, Negotiating,Training or Account Management experience

Previous background and work experience: 

  • It is essential to have a track record of sales success in a similar customer-facing role.  
  • Preferred Medical sales experience, Nursing experience, an understanding of medical sector in the UK and Administrative experience (eg completing CRM system / forecasting). Alternatively experience in Telecommunications would be advantageous.

 

Getinge Surgical Workflow knowledge:

  • Knowledge of  the company’s products, systems and services desirable but not essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both over the telephone and face to face.
  • ​​​​​​​Demonstrating a high level of customer service, professionalism and compassion for others at all times.
  • Confidently handling difficult conversations with customers.
  • Able to problem solve and seek solutions logically in challenging situations using initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrate a motivated and passionate approach to work, taking ownership for tasks. 
  • Planning and organising to manage time, KPI’s and workload effectively.
  • Must have an ability to respond to problems in an innovative and pro-active manner, demonstrating a robustness of attitude.  
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to disseminate and process information and to source additional information if necessary in order to build and accurate assessment. 
  • Experience of working with IT solutions either selling or supporting software packages.
  • Excellent understanding of the NHS procurement processes and tendering

 

Other Essential Requirements:

  • It is essential to have excellent written and spoken English. 
  • UK Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK (essential).
  • Driving Licence: Required to hold a valid UK drivers licence. 
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the UK and abroad with overnight stays as and when required. 
  • IT: Must have at least intermediate level Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

 

Other Information:
Will be required to attend training courses when Getinge UK Ltd believes it is necessary for them to fulfil their role within the Company.
