As the Project Administration Manager, you will provide direct support to business operations within the projects organisation whilst effectively providing administrative support functions to the project management team. This role will be involved in driving Business Development activity for the Projects team and will be responsible for the ongoing performance of the administrative function of the lifecycle of Projects in conjunction with the Project Managers.
Whilst working closely with the Program Manager to manage system compliance, you will also be responsible for:
- Management of regular reporting to the Program Manager.
- Attending all Tender meetings and delegate tasks for submissions requirements, clarify scope and deliverables for the team.
- Collaborating with the Sales & Service Directors/Managers or Projects Business Development – Sales personnel regarding Project Management.
- Collaboraing with Product Managers to provide technical information and expertise on Project Management related activities.
- Actively managing the Program of Work inside of the active PPM system inclusive of regular effectiveness reporting.
- Taking responsibility of all data artefacts within Project Workspaces within the active PPM system.
- Coordinating and prioritise project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicate status to National Program Manager ANZ
- Ensuring Projects are implemented within contractual obligations by Project Managers and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Getinge Service team to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying customer needs and follow-up activities.
Skills and Experience required for this role:
- Diploma Qualifications in Projects Management, Business or Marketing and Communications or other relevant discipline.
- Able to think independently and have good rational decision-making ability.
- Ability to understand site drawings, service drawings and assist with design.
- Confident to be able to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Understanding of a small team environment with the ability to take initiative and to work autonomously
- Results driven, resilient with good trouble shooting abilities.
- High level of professional customer service.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- High level of Project Management skills to deliver on time and on budget.
- Team Leadership.
