The NSW Service Managers role oversees Getinge’s Service business portfolio within NSW, whilst driving revenue growth and customer engagement. This role is responsible for leading and engaging a small team and providing technical leadership, always ensuring the provision of outstanding service levels to Getinge customers.

 

This role is based out of our Sydney office and reports into the Manager, Service and Validation, ANZ.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Delivering on budget expectations through strong customer relationships and financial management
  • Providing leadership and technical guidance to the Getinge Field Service Engineers within allocated geography
  • Ensuring successful inventory management of all spare parts; including minimizing stock outs
  • Coordinating and managing stock integrity across all Getinge Field Service Engineers within the allocated geography
  • Fostering a positive and supportive team-based culture with high levels of trust and engagement
  • Ensuring that all work is conducted in a manner compliant with the WHSE Management Plan, company environment, Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and all relevant state legislation and, that all company environment, health and safety Policies and Procedures are well understood and adhered to.

 

Skills and Experience required for this role:

 

  • Experience in an operational leadership role, and managing small – medium sized teams
  • Experience in a service management role with a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Results orientated and self-motivated
  • Ability to motivate and influence people, to work collaboratively with colleagues, staff and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Experience in scheduling workloads.
