About this opportunity  

We are looking for our next Product Sales Manager to help us grow our market leading Getinge Digital Health Solutions Sterile Supply Management portfolio to the next level. We have an ambition to continue growing our business over the next three years and you will be an important part of fulfilling this ambition. 

 

In this position you will be responsible for governance, development and execution of the Global DHS business strategies and drive the DHS – Sterile Supply Management growth agenda. The role is instrumental in being the global sales support function to enable growing the focus markets as well as support establishing new markets. This is a global role with preferrable location in Europe.

 

What you will do

In this role you will have a leading function to deliver Sales and knowledge support for the DHS products as well as Integrated margin management for DHS- Sterile Supply Management & deal design support.

 

Your day to day responsibilities are:

  • Define the Go2Market strategy for DHS – Sterile Supply Management in collaboration with BA team
  • Market intelligence & support in clear market segmentation which will lead to design initiatives to beat the competition 
  • Support in closing big sales projects together with DHS Sales Manager- Tender support
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives working closely together the with DHS BA
  • Drive best practice sharing across the globe to drive profitable growth for Sterile Supply Management  
  • Govern product portfolio in collaboration with BA
  • Support Value Based Pricing (VBP) project
  • Support the Senior Director Digital Health Solutions Global Commercial Operations in reviewing monthly regional order intake and revenue forecasts (pipeline management)  
  • Integrated margin management for DHS- Sterile Supply Management & deal design support
  • Point of contact for the BA and Global Marketing

 

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT, or equivalent
  • Proven sales executive with 5-10 years’ experience in the Hospital IT landscape
  • Strong leadership skills, preferable from a matrix organization
  • Good experience in Sales Force and Sales Funnel 
  • Proven business and result oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Experience of public affair processes is an advantage
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and familiarity with Customer Management Tools (CRM) tools.

You are able to prioritize and multi-task in a highly demanding matrix environment, and ability to function well in a team selling approach.
