About this opportunity

Getinge is looking for an engaged senior .NET software developer to join and guide the T-DOC team within the Digital Health Solutions organization (DHS). DHS is a division within Surgical Workflows R&D organization, located in Copenhagen. We deliver hospital efficiency keys to help optimize workflows in sanitary services departments, operating rooms, and the patient journey. By supporting and simplifying workflows and communication channels for healthcare professionals, their products help customers deliver efficient and high-quality patient care.

 

You will be working with T-DOC, our sterile supply management solution, and contribute to saving lives daily. Today T-DOC is used in more than 1000 hospitals globally and supports sterile services and operating departments in managing their workflows, goods, and instruments as well as ensuring full traceability and documentation to ensure patient safety.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by being a contributing factor in our T-DOC development team, through collaborative designing and implementing software solutions. As a senior developer, we expect that you have a substantial knowledge and experience in C# and .NET, and a passion for mentoring and supporting our existing developers.

Your Responsibilities

Your role as a Senior .NET Software Developer will make you an integral part of our fast-growing organization. You’ll have a significant impact from specification to implementation and maintenance, contributing to the success of our market-leading solutions. You will be working within our T-DOC Highway teams, which consists of 3 scrum teams, which are all a part of our T-DOC Nexus. We currently have 23 members spread across our teams, consisting of Architects, Developers, QAs, UX Designers, Technical Writers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters. Some of which are located in Copenhagen, but we also have employees in Ukraine, as well as a few external consultants situated in England and Moldova. Our highway teams focus on T-DOC’s web and mobile solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor and MAUI.

 

The role includes:

 

  • Build enterprise-level solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor and MAUI.
  • Providing technical leadership and contributing to our projects with deep C# and .NET expertise.
  • Supporting other developers by sharing knowledge, improving our existing code base, and ensuring high-quality development practices.
  • Acting as a mentor and a knowledge resource for the entire team to enhance their skills and grow individually.
  • Maintain and enhance our current solutions.

Your qualifications include:

 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience in software development with C# and .NET.
  • Experience in leading technical discussions and mentoring other developers.
  • Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, Modular Monolith, and design patterns like CQRS and Mediator.
  • Knowledge of working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in building enterprise-level solutions and leading complex software projects.
  • Experience with Dependency Injection and Entity Framework Core.
  • Strong understanding of software testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is a requirement.

 

Additionally, it would be a bonus to have experience and working knowledge in Blazor, MAUI, or any other modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
