At Digital Health Solutions, we provide hospital efficiency solutions to optimize workflows in healthcare. Your role as a Software Architect will make you an integral part of our fast-growing organization and play a crucial role in all aspects of the development process. You will be responsible for creating new features, expanding existing functionality, and migrating existing functionality to a new architecture as well as integration between our various IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers from 1-2 of our scrum teams, coaching and helping them design the software and work with design review. 

Your Responsibilities:
 

• Architect and design innovative software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user experience.
• Take ownership of the software architecture, documentation, and technical vision across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent and cost-effective solutions, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance product capabilities and performance.

 
Who You Are:
 

• You have extensive experience in software architecture and development, with a solid foundation in computer science principles.
• You are most likely already working as a software architect or as a senior/lead/full-stack developer, preferably with knowledge in cloud development.
• Can partake in implementing critical code. 
• You have experience with SQL servers. 
• Experience with ASP.NET, Blazor, and MAUI is desirable. Additionally, experience in designing or implementing event-driven systems is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong team player, analytical and structured, with a drive to deliver high-quality results.
• Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  
  You are structured and analytical, have a doer's attitude, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
