Join our team as a Solution Architect at Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS) within the Surgical Workflows R&D organization, located in either Copenhagen, Aarhus or Hamburg. Our hybrid work model allows you to work from home some days a week as part of our commitment to work-life balance.

At Digital Health Solutions, we provide hospital efficiency solutions to optimize workflows in healthcare. Your role as a Solution Architect will make you an integral part of our fast-growing organization and play a crucial role in shaping the technical landscape of the Operating Room solutions and ensuring that our products are architecturally sound, future-proof, and aligned with DHS’s strategic objectives.
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Designing high-level structures for specific software products or modules, including the selection of design patterns and ensuring compatibility with existing modules.

• Drive the strategy and planning as well as ensure clear communication between customers and technical teams.

• Harmonize the Microsoft tech stack, and ensure seamless integration across solutions and broader enterprise architecture.

• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt new technologies using technology tracking tools.

• Communicate technical topics to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

Who You Are:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with a software development background.

• Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry best practices.

• Strong collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams effectively.

• An understanding of the challenges faced by developers.
   

You are structured and analytical, have a doer's attitude, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
