Located in the vibrant Østerbo district of Copenhagen, our Danish team is part of a diverse and dynamic Nordic DHS team of over 30 professionals spread across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
The Technical Services Specialist will belong to Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS). Getinge DHS deliver IT-solutions to hospitals that align and optimize workflows at sterile services departments, operating rooms and the patient journey. By supporting and facilitating workflows and communication channels for health care professionals, we help our customers delivering efficient and high-quality patient care.
Your closest colleagues are specialists, specializing in implementation of technical support, and you will work closely together with our R&D and product owners to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

As a vital link between customers and our R&D/PLM team, your role is crucial in managing support cases and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers and patients through effective problem resolution, prioritization, and escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product installation and implementation work for new customers
- Technical support for our existing customers
- Assisting with pre-sales activities
- Ensuring good customer relationship development
- Phone support between 07.00-17.00 (running schedule, divided between you and your colleagues)
- Main product: T-DOC - our sterile supply management software
Your Profile
- Relevant experience as a technical IT supporter (m/f/d) or application specialist (m/f/d) from another software product or similar experience
- Team player, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and care
- Comfortable working in a structured manner
- Experience with customer contact - especially with delivering training or implementation on-site with customers - preferred
- Solid experience with general IT and software (e.g. Windows Server, SQL DB and general DB infrastructure)
- Understanding importance of good customer service and ability to align expectations with customers
- Self-driven and eager to learn
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Willingness to travel (approx. 5-10%)
