Service Contracts Administrator – Remote   

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to act as a focal point for all enquiries relating to service contracts. Reporting to the Contracts and Invoicing Team Leader, you will be responsible for the complete service agreement renewal process from provision of quotations through to order processing and handover to internal planning teams while ensuring Getinge’s high standard of quality and care is consistently being reached.

 

Day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • Contract Renewals;
    • Prepare/send contract renewals to customers 3 months prior to expiry.
    • Negotiate and work with customers to finalise the agreement.
    • Proactively manage workload to minimise contracts finished without a renewal in place.
    • Upsell/promote additional services available to customers.
    • To ensure all documentation is accurate before any further action is taken.
    • Manage key accounts.
  • Provide quotations for additional work;
    • Collate information from all relevant parties to ensure the quotation is correct.
    • Process order once received, informing all appropriate departments.
  • Complete supplier questionnaires including collating QA information, bank details, insurance certificates, H&S information, method statements and risk assessments.
  • Work as part of a team in the delivery of the department wide strategy to regain lost contracts and complete tenders for new business.
  • To produce reports to indicate current and projected business activity relating to service agreements and lost contracts.
  • Prioritise and organise a continuously changing workload, ensuring that a response is provided to all customer calls and enquiries.
  • Collaborate/liaise with other departments to assist with the smooth transition between departments giving the customer a positive experience.

What you need:

  • Maths and English to GCSE level C or the equivalent.
  • Previous background in Contracts or Procurement would be desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge in Microsoft, especially in word, excel and data packages, with the ability to learn new CRM/ERP systems.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Attention to detail, conscientious honest, flexible, positive work ethic, customer centric and polite telephone manner.

This is a homebased job role. Individuals will require a suitable workspace which must be in line with HSE regulations, and an adequate internet connection speed to be able to work remotely.
