SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Onsite Office in Fraser, MI 48026.
The Contracts Data Management Specialist will be responsible for providing data management and analytics support to the Contracts team.
- Customer facing conversations to solidify and expand Healthmark relationships within the GPO/IDN.
- Customer Master Data management
- Address management to prevent addresses not being marked inactive, inconsistent address information, and duplicate customers.
- Utilize the Site ID tool to fix duplicate and inaccurate Site IDs as identified and follow USPS address logic.
- Responsible for regular audits (which do not currently happen).
- System Admin role for Cobblestone
- Manage data in CAPS and other systems.
- Customer GPO and IDN Affiliation Updates/Audits
- Auditing contract data in all systems for consistency
- Ensure compliance with DMS agreements and other committed agreements.
- Work with IT to manage and audit fee reporting.
- Provides necessary data and analytics for the agreement process.
- Assist in the development of Customer/Organization Business Reviews as required.
- Keep Salesforce CRM up to date on the contact names, numbers, and email addresses for Healthmark’s contacts with the individual GPO’s and IDN’s.
- Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- College Degree - 4-year Undergraduate or equivalent experience.
- 3+ year experience in item/customer data management, preferably in medical product distribution or manufacturing.
- Experience effectively utilizing an ERP system is required, Microsoft Great Plains and/or SAP is a plus.
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft platform. (i.e.. Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
- Ability to read and understand and follow written and verbal instructions/procedures.
- Competent conference call / virtual meeting technique.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Salesforce competency.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stay focused
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy, find data attributes to improve, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
