Position Objective:

The primary responsibility of the Application manager IC is to develop a support area managers and geography directors with customers’ requests and actions regarding CSSD planning; pre-sales marketing; post sales training; product launch planning; market analysis and respective targeted marketing activities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and Consulting regarding CSSD Planning
  • Product trainings for distributors and End Users
  • Lead and organize product launches
  • Drive a detailed market analysis and updating regularly the market database
  • Support Distributor and colleagues with product information and technical data
  • Monitor and report competitor product launches and activities
  • Support the area managers and directors with product information
  • Support S area managers and directors in customer meetings and presentations

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • University degree or similar
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Infection Control related application position (Medical background is preference)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a CSSD planning/designing/workflow related position
  • Must have excellent marketing experience
  • Proven track record of delivering results and high initiatives
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to extensively travel through the region/globe
