Position Objective:

This role is to acts as Getinge ambassador in addressing the various CP and CS call points (cardiology, cardiopulmonary; cardiac surgery) through leading the various clinical and therapy development activities in liaison with the existing commercial teams across MEA to

ensure synergies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible on the FBIs adaptation on all related products across MEA.
• Liaise and follow up with business development director and commercial team on all agreed actions related to KOL management.
• Lead the therapy development activities related to various call points
• Drive the planning and introduction of existing therapies in new markets or undeveloped therapies in existing markets.
• Develop our key account management approach across the region
• Monitor and evaluate the local; international congresses and events (in the corresponding call points) in which we participate or lead
• Monitor and ensure the execution of customer action plans
• Develop the direct marketing required for the corresponding call points
• Liaise and follow up with business development director and commercial team on development and clinical activities in various training/reference centers across the region.
• Plan and follow up; together with the commercial team; on development of various simulation trainings across the region.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Degree/certification in any medical/paramedical
• 6+ years of practice in the medical/ paramedical field
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong organization skills
• Strong/profound leadership skills
• Strong marketing knowledge and expertise
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to extensively travel through the region/globe
• Preference shall be given to someone who possess:
  1. MS/MBA
  2. Experience managing clinical studies
  3. 4-5 years of Experience
