We are seeking some that has a deep understanding of state-of-the-art marketing strategies, including digital marketing, to drive growth and elevate our brand presence. This will involve developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing a team of marketing professionals, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals and drive market share growth in the medical consumables sector.
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to include new product launches, dealer marketing, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, advertising, and promotion strategy.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Utilize cutting-edge digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, automated marketing, and data analytics, to optimize customer engagement, enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Team Management: Lead a talented team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision making. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members are equipped to execute marketing strategies effectively.
- National and Local Tradeshows - Oversee Exhibits team in all areas of tradeshow events, such as: Event planning and strategy, logistics management, budget and financial management, marketing and promotion, and post-event reporting and analysis.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that includes market analysis, target audience identification, and competitive positioning. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, aligned with business objectives, and delivered on time and within budget.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and successful product launches.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously refine and improve marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to maintain a leadership position in the marketplace.
- Present monthly report to monitor the success of marketing plans, sales and other key projects.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading people.
- 8+ years of related experience in marketing roles. Preference is for marketing experience to be within the medical device sector.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

- Up to 25% overnight travel; to customers, tradeshows, dealer meetings, and other business-related travel.
