SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

*Must be able to commute to Fraser, MI.*

What You Will Do:

• Aide in Order Processing for Customer Service Department.
• Email and Fax orders.
• Any duties deemed appropriate to the position.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Handle the execution & implementation of Custom Phone Recordings.

Qualifications:

• Two-year degree or 3-5 years of office experience.
• Type 30 WPM.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
• Good telephone technique.
• Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer.
• Exceptional work ethic, pleasant demeanor, willing and eager to succeed – a driven self-starter.
• Uses Computer, phone system, fax machine, copier, scanner.
• Able to sit for long periods of time.

$17.40-$21.70/hour
