As a Sales Account Manager CPCA (Cardio Pulmonary / Cardiac Assist), you will work in an enthusiastic team of account managers and product specialists. Our office is located in Groot-Bijgaarden, but you will mainly work from home and visit many customers in whole Belgium. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the assigned accounts in your region and meeting the revenue and profit targets set out in the sales plan. They build long-term relationships with these customers and are responsible for acquiring new accounts. 

In addition, you will research the strategy and innovations of the competition, analyse the price level and try to increase sales opportunities. They follow the developments and trends in the assigned accounts and in the market segment and try to react to them.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. achieving the agreed revenue and profit targets with the assigned accounts;
  2. entering into and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts and identifying and suggesting potential accounts;
  3. negotiating offers and contracts with customers; making any price adjustments;
  4. investigating sales opportunities and monitoring developments in the assigned accounts;
  5. drawing up the revenue and profit targets for each account in consultation with the Sales Manager;
  6. Investigating competition and price levels in the market segment and suggesting developments and trends among customers and in the market;

       7. proposing new product combinations;

 

Core activities:

 

  1. maintaining long-term customer contacts;
  2. giving presentations about products and services;
  3. processing applications, tenders, tenders and framework agreements;
  4. analysing missed offers, tenders and framework agreements;
  5. negotiating quotations and contracts with customers and possibly making price adjustments;
  6. drafting, assessing and authorising (or having approved) offers, tenders and framework agreements;
  7. follow-up of outstanding offers, tenders and framework agreements as well as updating them;
  8. timely informing management about developments and trends at customers and in the market;
  9. consult with Sales Manager about special orders;
  10. registering and maintaining up-to-date key data regarding the regular customers in the CRM system;
  11. demonstrating product portfolio and training end users;
  12. maintaining professional contacts with the factory;

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or demonstrably working at this level;
  • Preferably knowledge of the Belgian hospitals;
  • in possession of driving licence B;
