Business Controller
As a Business Controller, you will be a key part of our Business Control Team where you will be responsible for monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, project controlling and KPI reporting. You will work closely with various process owners within the organization and support them with financial facts to ensure they make smart decisions. You will act as a proactive business partner to the Project Managers and other internal key stakeholders. You will participate in strategy work and decision making from financial point of view.
The Position
This role is responsible for:
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Preparing business plans and forecasts, as well as monitoring financial targets.
- Cost control and efficiency improvements – Identifying opportunities for cost savings and enhanced efficiency.
- Project follow-up and support project managers with financial insights
- Track and optimize Working Capital performance
- Ensuring the company stays aligned with its objectives through KPI analysis and follow-up.
This role is based in Getinge, Halland county.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for you to have experience in:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience from a Business Controller role and experience from working in global manufacturing organisation.
- Knowledge and experience in business analysis and business reviews - Strong ability to create reports and presentations.
- Advanced orientation in financial IT-systems - Preferable experience with SAP and IBM Cognos Controller. Experienced user of Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written. Other languages a merit
- Good analytical and communication skills, ability to communicate financial conclusions and recommendations in a crisp and business oriented way
