Qualifications

• University Degree
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics or similar positions is preferred
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Computer skills particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Analyze, support, and drive corrective actions
• SAP or ERP Knowledge is preferred

Job Description

• Processing export and local all types of customer orders (sales, consignment, demo, FOC, return) including order entry, availability check, credit check and coordinating till invoicing
• Ensure proper approvals are received prior to processing orders
• Close cooperation with 3PL warehouse to properly schedule shipments
• Close cooperation & communication with the sales responsibles
• Manage distributorship approvals and product declarations using Product Tracking System.
• Preparing and uploading of price lists.
• Investigate and respond in a timely manner to all customer requests and understands business needs & urgency of order fulfillment and follow-up.
• Track & record all procedure steps, clarify the complaints and create long-term solutions to optimize processes.
• Prepare reports for sales, orders, invoices if needed.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
• Ensuring full compliance procedures, guidelines & policies.
