We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Export Account Manager to join our team in the Surgical Workflow Division, which covers a comprehensive range of solutions for Operating Rooms, Sterile Reprocessing, and Digital Health. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities across the following markets:
Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Israel.
The Export Account Manager will report directly to the Sales & Export Business Development Manager and will play a key role in sustaining existing business operations and achieving strategic growth in the assigned regions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Biomedical Engineering is a strong plus)
- Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in capital equipment sales.
- Experience in export sales and distributor management is a strong plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (Russian language skills are a strong advantage).
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, results-driven, and quality-oriented approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid B-class driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the assigned regions.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Account Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sustain an efficient and structured sales process, ensuring smooth business operations in the region.
- Develop and implement a territory plan to optimize sales coverage.
- Work closely with distributors to enhance their sales performance, ensuring alignment with Getinge’s business objectives.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings with stakeholders.
Technical & Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with Surgical Workflow solutions, including Operating Room equipment, Sterile Reprocessing, and Digital Health technologies.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and distributors when needed.
- Support the preparation of technical specifications and tenders.
- Determine configurations based on customer requirements and guide them to ensure their satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams such as Service, Regulatory, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Track, report and analyze sales opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Ensure alignment with Ethics and Compliance in all business activities, adhering to regulatory and company policies.
