Job Purpose:

  • Develops and implements specific strategies to achieve the annual goals of the department.
  • Develops project management methods to ensure stable revenue for Installation.
  • Standardize the installation method to ensure stable operation after the installation of IC products.
  • Set standard prices and review prices periodically to ensure uniformity in the installation costs of IC products.
  • Management and guidance of internal and third parties involved in the delivery and installation
     

Functions:

  • Management of quotation related to installation and management of 3rd party purchase amount
  • Review of IC proposal drawings
  • Management, review, revision and standardization of materials for delivery and installation
  • Site survey and accompany the customer for installation
  • Standardization of installation methods and commissioning and adjustment work (including preparation of manuals)
  • Management, guidance, and education of internal and external personnel (agents and subcontractors)
     

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Management of quotation amount for installation and management of purchase amount for 3rd party

  • Confirmation of quotation for each project, confirmation of 3rd party purchase amount, GP confirmation
  • Preparation and management of cost statements for each project

2. Standardization of installation

  • Standardization of installation method and materials for IC products
  • Standardization of installation cost of IC products
  • Preparation of IC product installation manuals (procedures and check items)

3. Confirmation of IC proposal drawings

  • Determination and confirmation of equipment requirements and installation availability in IC proposal drawings

4. Accompany sales, service and PMU

  • Accompany sales, service, and PMU for IC product proposal, site survey for installation and delivery, and accompany them to the site. 5.

5. Respond to problems caused by equipment within the warranty period

  • On-site response and correction work for defects caused by primary equipment and installation

6. Project management

  • Grasping and managing the annual schedule for delivery and installation projects

7. Securing Gross Profit

  • Secure GP2=20% or more for installation

8. Validation Business

  • Preparation for the launch of Validation Business and preparation of documents
  • Management (books, protocols) and training for Validation Business
     

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of air-conditioning and sanitation equipment, experience and knowledge of equipment installation
  • Native Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking skills)
  • General knowledge and understanding of not only products and technologies, but also business development.
  • Speaking and writing skills to explain technical information in a way that anyone can understand.
  • Basic PC operation
  • Basic knowledge of IC products
     

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and other departments within the company

  • Plan based on Performance Development Plan that is aligned with organizational hierarchy

  • Main contacts, external: Customers (hospital representatives, agency representatives, partner companies)

  • Special Features/Conditions: Occasional travel to head office, local area office or customer sites

  • Full flexible working hours (7 hours 30 minutes per day)
  • Standard working hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour break)
  • Salary: May be considered as salary + overtime allowance (30 hours per month)
  • Bonus: Once a year
