We are seeking candidates to join our global Training Coordination team, whose goal is to support the process of knowledge transition and implementation of training content management, development, and delivery in a new model.
The main objective of this position will be to administer and coordinate training for Getinge employees, distributors, and customers worldwide. You will collaborate with Regional business, their teams, trainers, and onsite personnel to ensure an efficient training delivery process and compliant documentation.

Main responsibilities can be divided into three areas:
- Coordination and administration of content development, approval process & management
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Administration and set-up of learning path in the LMS
- Document management and uploading of updated master files
- Coordination of local adaptations of the training material (e.g. translations)
- Coordination and administration of training delivery
- Classroom trainings coordination and administration in LMS
- Coordination of logistics arrangements for classroom trainings (i.e. booking rooms, catering, etc.)
- Administration of access requests from external users in MyProfile
- Coordination of trainers, participants, facilities, equipment and other resources
- Monitoring training related pre- and post-work
- Collection, consolidation and sharing of participant and facilitator feedback
- Continuously following up on certification and recertification activities for customer facing staff to ensure compliance
- Supporting audits by retrieving training data upon request
- Support development & users in Learning Management System (LMS)
- First line LMS support for learners, trainers, managers and various Academy roles
- Acting as LMS trainer for the various roles when required
- Managing requests from External Partners for LMS access
- Taking part in development & testing of new functionality in LMS
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in training operations or administration
- Demonstrated coordination and project management skills
- Experience with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- An academic degree in education, administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a persistent and structured approach to tasks
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Intercultural competence and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Familiarity with Power BI is an asset
