Your responsibilities

 

• Meets deadlines when it comes to assigned due diligence tasks and demonstrates quality when executing assigned tasks with basic level of complexity
• Demonstrates good quality when performing due diligence analysis such as gathering and analyzing internal and external documentation (corporate registry details, annual reports, stock exchange information etc.), analyzing potential alerts preparing due diligence reports.
• Demonstrates good communication skills and professionalism when cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
• Contributes to creation and maintenance of process documentation
• Complies with company’s policies and procedures
• Demonstrates critical thinking when it comes to the current process, works with other team members to address the gaps/risks

 

 

Our requirements

 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point)
• Very good (written and oral) knowledge of English is required (at least C1).

• Knowledge of additional foreign language(s) other than English will be an asset
• Previous experience in working within a multinational organization will be an asset
• Some experience in third party due diligence or AML/KYC will be an asset
