You will be a member of the Iberia Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility of managing all Sales and Marketing activities, defining, and executing a strategy to assure profitable sustainable growth in Spain and Portugal. Must be able to provide strong leadership to manage an experienced sales team and few indirect channels.
Business Management:

Strategic Business Management – Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy aligned with market and company needs, ensuring sustainable growth and P&L performance.

Sales Planning & Performance – Define sales targets, budgets, channel structures and optimal stock levels; monitor and analyze business performance while fostering a CRM-driven culture.

Strong customer relationships – Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives and senior management, ensuring alignment with their needs and long-term collaboration.

Market & Industry Insight – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring the team adopts a forward-thinking approach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with global Commercial Operations, ensuring alignment with factory needs, and approve offers and quotations in compliance with company policies.
Marketing Management:

Team & Resource Management - Lead and optimize the product specialists' efforts by prioritizing training, coordinating with sales, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Marketing Strategy & Execution – Oversee product launches, manage marketing expenses responsibly, and ensure end-users are trained on the benefits of offered technologies.
People Management:

Leadership & Team Development – Lead the divisional team to achieve organizational goals while upholding the company’s Code of Conduct. Guide, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a strong team spirit across the organization.

Talent & Succession Planning – Define and maintain a comprehensive succession plan, ensuring the team is prepared for future leadership needs.

Training & Compliance – Ensure all team members complete required training and certifications, fostering a strong Quality and Regulatory mindset in alignment with local standards.

Performance & Asset Management – Evaluate team performance, provide structured feedback, and ensure proper use of company assets while adhering to internal policies.

Education & Language Proficiency – A degree in Economics, Law, Health, or Management Engineering, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Travel: Ability to travel within Spain & Portugal and abroad with overnight stays as and when required.
