At Getinge, we are passionate about helping our customers save lives. Within our Nordic Service and Sales Unit (SSU), we are looking for a driven and solution-oriented Installation/Project Manager to take on an exciting and important role in our organization.
Our department delivers complete installation projects to healthcare environments across the Nordics—to hospital. You’ll work closely with skilled colleagues across Sales, Service, and Operations to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to take the lead on installation projects from the moment they are handed over by Sales until final delivery to the customer. You’ll be the key coordinator throughout the project lifecycle, making sure everything runs smoothly—on time, on budget, and with excellent results.
What you will do
This is a dynamic and hands-on role where you’ll work at the center of project delivery, managing internal and external stakeholders and ensuring alignment at every step. You will:

Lead and manage installation & projects from sales handover to customer delivery, with responsibility for planning, budgeting, and execution

Monitor and report on installation & project progress, risk, invoicing, and performance to key stakeholders

Ensure contract scope and quality expectations are met while building strong customer relationships

Provide technical input to bids and support Sales in major projects as needed

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and working in line with Getinge’s QMS and Lean principles
This position is based in Southern Sweden, with installation & project responsibility covering both Sweden and Denmark. The role requires travel and supports a hybrid working setup, with on-site presence required during key project phases.
You will bring
To succeed in this role, you bring a solid background in technical or commercial project management along with a proactive and structured way of working. We believe you have:

A bachelor in, engineering or a technical related field.

Proven experience managing installation or infrastructure projects

Preferred technical experience within the field of healthcare equipment i.e. washers, sterilizer.

Managing external parties

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Danish language skills are a strong advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard project management tools

Familiarity with quality and compliance systems, such as QMS
