Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and digital innovation? Join our dynamic team as an Internal Account Manager, where you’ll play a vital role in driving growth and delivering value across the Allied Health and Wholesalers market.


This role is a new and exciting fixed term contract opportunity where you’ll take ownership of a diverse and evolving product portfolio including Digital Health Solutions and Infection Control Consumables. 
 

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Strategically managing and growing a portfolio of key wholesale and allied health accounts via phone, video, and email.
  • Building and executing a tailored sales plan in collaboration with National Sales Managers.
  • Using the Sales Growth Toolkit and Gforce Sales Management platform to track and manage account activities and opportunities.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and clinical support.
  • Responding to RFQs, supporting tenders, and working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and Clinical Applications and Product Support team, to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Driving sales through regular promotional initiatives and educational materials, aligned to new industry standards such as AS 5369:2023.

 

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in internal/inside sales, preferably within the healthcare, allied health, or wholesale space.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships remotely.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to territory planning and account development.
  • Experience or confidence in delivering product education and clinical-level support.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms to manage sales cycles.
