Receptionist - Merrimack, NH

Job Overview

To serve as the first contact for our guests when entering the building and providing a pleasing first impression.  This position is responsible for duties of Operator/Receptionist and clerical support at the front desk.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Greet and assist guests and directs inquiries to the proper resource(s).
• Maintain office security by following established visitor sign-in procedures (monitor logbook, issues visitor badges).
• Answer and route phone calls.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.
• Perform clerical and administrative support when requested.
• Responsible for distribution and sale of employee discount tickets.
• Keeps lobby clean and neat.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of one year prior administrative experience preferred, in a corporate environment. 
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills with a high-level of Customer Service ability required 
• Strong computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel) are required.

Internal and External Contacts / Relationships

• Interacts with vendors and equipment manufacturer and employees.

Quality Requirements

• Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (As applicable to your job function).

Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions

• Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions.
• Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments.
• Office environment.
• May work extended hours during peak business cycles.
• Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods in an office environment 

Hourly Range:  $21 - 28 per hour Depending on Experience
