Join Getinge as our next Project Execution Manager (M/F/D) – Milan | Permanent Contract (CDI)

At Getinge, we are passionate about helping our customers save lives and ensure excellent care. We provide innovative healthcare solutions, and we are now looking for a Project Execution Manager to join our team in Milan on a permanent contract. 

About the Role

As Project Execution Manager, you will be responsible for managing the execution of healthcare infrastructure projects in Italy. You will coordinate and support a team of Field Project Engineers, ensuring that all stages of project implementation—from planning to delivery—are carried out efficiently and in line with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop product layouts for tenders and offers,

• Perform site inspections and customer visits to assess feasibility and technical requirements,

• Coordinate all project execution activities, involving external partners and internal teams,

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards,

• Interface with customers on scheduling, configuration validation, and satisfaction,

• Lead and manage a team of Field Project Engineers,

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Sales, SW team, and Tender & Offer,

 What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering,

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry,

• Strong knowledge of hospital workflows and project management,

• Fluent in Italian and English,

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software,

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills,

• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset,

• Able to challenge and collaborate with clients and partners in a constructive way,

Leadership and Collaboration

This role includes direct management responsibilities, with a team of engineers reporting to you. You’ll also maintain key relationships with external clients, sales representatives, and project stakeholders.

Work Conditions & Travel

• Primarily based in our Milan office, with regular travel to client sites

• Must be comfortable working in dynamic environments and during peak periods
