GETINGE Italia is looking for its future an experienced SALES MANAGER CRITICAL CARE SOUTH (M/F/D) to drive the growth of our ventilation, anesthesia, and intensive care product range.

Your responsibilities

🔹 Strategy & Organization (30%)

• Develop and execute Sales & Pricing strategies with the Sales Force.

• Set data-driven sales targets, ensuring market opportunities are maximized.

• Oversee territory coverage and optimize sales execution.

• Prepare sales, margin, and forecast reports for management.

• Drive training & development to enhance team performance.

🔹 Sales & Business Development (70%)

• Build and maintain strong customer & key account relationships.

• Support the Sales Force in generating profitable opportunities.

• Manage tender processes and offer creation.

• Represent the company at events, conferences, and key meetings.

• Monitor performance and optimize sales operations.

The ideal candidate

✅ At least 10 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably in a similar sales role.
✅ Strong knowledge of the hospital market and medical sales dynamics.
✅ Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
✅ Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
✅ Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
✅ Preferably based in Rome, Naples, or Bari.
