Your tasks

•          Set up error statistics

•          Evaluation of KPIs and reporting

•          Support with audits (preparation, execution and follow-up)

•          Maintenance of documents and databases

•          Support in the handling and follow up of customer complaints

•          Assistance with the support of the digital document management system

 

Your profile

•          Enrolled student (m/f/d) of a technical, scientific or business administration degree program

•          Confident handling of the various MS Office applications, especially Excel

•          Fluent German and English skills

•          Good analytical skills

 

Very useful additional knowledge with which you can shine in particular:

•          Programming skills

•          Knowledge in the field of medical technology

•          Knowledge of quality management systems
