We are looking for a sales position based in the Nagoya office in the cute care therapy department.

Our products cover a wide range of advanced medical devices such as minimally invasive surgical devices in the cardiovascular surgery field and heart-lung machines in the cardiovascular field.

By providing solutions that accompany products, we have an environment where we can directly experience contributions to patients and healthcare professionals.



Key duties and responsibilities / Strategic Planning

Collect the status of the customer in charge and report the required information
Understand the sales strategy of the area in charge and the solution to the customer in charge under the direction of the manager according to the division strategy, and execute it according to the procedure.


  • Responsible for achieving the sales budget allocated in your area
  • Responsible for monthly and annual sales forecasts for responsible customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals at your facility
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with distributors in your area
  • Communicate the latest medical information provided by marketing clinical staff to healthcare professionals at your facility
  • Assisting the execution of various briefings, seminars, etc. for medical staff in the facility in charge and agents in the area in charge
  • In the sales activities and sales promotion activities in the area in charge, the manager is in charge of execution, and if necessary, get support from colleagues, marketers, and clinical staff.
  • Manage consignment inventory at the facility in charge and execute optimal supply management together with the logistics department
  • When a product defect occurs, we will respond appropriately to customers and complete internal reports according to the prescribed procedure. Work with the quality department to solve problems
  • Maintain proper receivable management based on contracts with responsible customers
  • Manage the expense budget in the area in charge according to the manager's instructions
  • Responsible for solving complex problems with the customer in charge according to the procedure established under the direction of the manager.
  • Build good relationships with members as part of a team in your organization


Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required knowledge, skills, experience:

  • Japanese native (or Native level read and write skill is must)
  • 3 years or more of business experience (regardless of occupation, experience in the healthcare industry)
  • Understanding basic clinical and academic information related to products
  • Product knowledge (completion of product training)
  • Presentation skills
  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical Machinery Law and medical industry related regulations
  • Counting management ability
  • PC skills (MS Office)
