About this opportunity  

 

Getinge is a well-respected Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), dedicated to saving lives through the manufacture and maintenance of a range of medical devices and solutions.  Our Service Team is at the forefront of our business, responsible for routine servicing, testing and repairing of our equipment in hospitals and facilities throughout the Nordic region. As Service Account Representative your responsibility is to deliver and close after sales agreements to our customers, but also support equipment sales  in tender process. This is a role for you with a commercial mindset and deep knowledge in aftermarket and service.

 

This is a field-based role (all Norway) and you will need to be a self-starter with experience of managing your own workload. Although you will be mostly working independently, you will be supported by regular contact with the service and sales team in Norway as well as the Swedish service organisation.

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Grow Getinge contract share of installed base in Norway. Actively identify new opportunities in the market.
  • Create Service Quotes and Service agreements based on customer needs in Norway.
  • Ensure new and existing agreements are profitable.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with relevant customers. Invite other Getinge functions as needed.
  • Support Product sales team with installation and after sales prices in equipment tenders.
  • Ensure defined KPIs (Financial, performance) are meet which includes sales of agreement, equipment under contract, contract profitability, customer visits etc.
  • Ensure that all documents and other tasks are performed in a high quality standard and in according to Getinges Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure a good and longterm dialogue with customers and represent Getinge in a good manner.
  • Ensure good collaboration with all internal stakeholders

 

This position is based in Norway and includes travel in region.

 

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

 

  • Knowledge and experience in Sales.
  • Experienced in buildings longterm relations with customers at different hierarchy levels.
  • Technical understanding, preferably within Medical devices and in particular service department or similar.
  • Experienced with After Sales / Service business.
  • Bsc or any higher education in engineering or similar
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, orally and written
