Technical Services Specialist (m/f/d)
The Technical Services Specialist will belong to Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS). Getinge DHS deliver solutions to hospitals that align and optimize workflows at sterile services departments, operating rooms and the patient journey. By supporting and facilitating workflows and communication channels for health care professionals, we help our customers delivering efficient and high-quality patient care.
The Norwegian DHS team is located in Oslo, where we share offices with our sales- and service personnel. You will join our Nordic DHS team with four other team members located in the Oslo office, and 25+ colleagues distributed between Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. We are open to applicants who live further away, for example in Vestlandet.
Your closest colleagues are specialists, specializing in either implementation or technical support, and you will work closely together to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Product installation and implementation work for new customers
- Technical support for our existing customers
- Education and training of customers
- Assisting with pre-sales activities
- Ensuring good customer relationship development
- Phone support between 08.00-16.00 (running schedule, divided between you and your colleagues)
- Main product: T-DOC - our sterile supply management software

Your profile
- Relevant experience as a technical IT supporter (m/f/d) or application specialist (m/f/d) from another software product or similar experience
- Team player, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and care
- Comfortable working in a structured manner
- Experience with customer contact - especially with delivering training or implementation on-site with customers - preferred
- Solid experience with general IT and software (e.g. Windows Server, SQL DB and general DB infrastructure)
- Understanding importance of good customer service and ability to align expectations with customers
- Self driven and eager to learn
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, as you will be collaborating with Nordic colleagues
- Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)
