We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic.

 

Job Purpose:

The person in the position is responsible for managing customers' orders (from receiving an order / placing an order to issuing a sales invoice).

 

Key duties and responsibilities:

 

Sales process:

  • accepting and processing orders from clients based on long-term contracts and current offers;
  • registering and processing orders in the SAP system;
  • contact with sales representatives;
  • contact with customers regarding the status of deliveries;
  • control over the delivery (from ordering to issuing a sales invoice);
  • issuing sales invoices, correcting invoices, documents necessary for export transactions;
  • obtaining and archiving documents confirming sales;
  • cooperation with Shared Service Center in Masterdata: customer, goods, prices;
  • accepting and processing complaints from customers.

 

Purchase process:

  • registering and processing purchase orders in the SAP system and in a different form;
  • contact with factories regarding the status of orders;
  • coordination of delivery / dispatch;
  • cooperation with Shared Service Center in the field of Masterdata: supplier, goods;
  • submitting and processing complaints against the supplier.

 

 Requirements:

  • fluency in spoken and written Czech and English at a minimum B2 level;
  • ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate well with internal and external customers;
  • knowledge of SAP;
  • experience in Customer Service;
  • attention to detail, reliability, and ability to organize work according to priorities;
  • flexibility and openness to changes in a dynamic, multicultural work environment;
  • intermediate IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, general IT understanding);
  • diligence and accountability in performing tasks;
  • team-oriented approach;
  • willingness to learn and develop oneself.
