We are looking for Infection Control (IC)  Distribution Manager in the Central and South Europe region. Infection Control equipment is a part of our Surgical Workflows portfolio. The person in this role will be responsible for managing IC equipment sales in the region covering the following countries: Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Greece, Slovakia, Moldova, Cyprus, Albania, Bosna and Hertzegovina. The preferred location for the job is Czech Republic.

The IC Distribution Manager is acting as the first point of contact for the Distributors and as intermediary between the Distributors and Getinge. 

Her/His responsibilities will include:

• Collecting information about the active and potential projects in the territory for assigned product portfolio.
• Reporting sales' forecast and results; 
• Building and maintaining good relationships with Distributors and end-users.
• Responding to inquiries from potential customers in the territory and forwarding them to the proper Distributor.
• Collecting and providing statements, certificates and similar documents, which are required by the Distributors for participation in the procurement processes, or for similar needs.
• Providing the technical information about the goods to the Distributors.
• Provide the support to the Distributors by actively participating in congresses and seminars that are occurring in their markets..
• Providing the support to the Distributors concerning specific trainings selection.
• Providing the support to the Distributors and Getinge QRC department for purposes of medical devices registration.
• Preparing the business reports required by superior managers.
• Proposing improvements for different internal procedures.
• Supporting Marketing department in Distributors meetings organization, Webinars organization etc.

The suitable candidate should have the following knowledge, skills, experience:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, or Management, or Medical education;
• Min. 5 years working in sales of medical/life science/process goods;
• Min. 3 years in a similar role;
• Successful track record; 
• Knowledge of Infection Control processes in hospitals - a big advantage;
• Experience in an international, matrix organization - a big advantage;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
