About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Service organization in Prague. In this role, you’ll be the central point of coordination for a sales team that serves customers and supplies medical devices across 16 countries in Southeast Europe.
This is a hybrid position with four days per week in our Prague office and one day working from home.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly and customers well supported. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Team Support
- Using the SAP system to check stock availability, track orders, and review invoices and payments
- Coordinating and archiving documentation for the DEMO process
Field Safety Corrective Actions (FSCA)
- Identifying affected customers and distributors through SAP
- Sending notifications, following up, and collecting compliance evidence
- Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
Supplier Score Card Activities
- Escalating requests for new suppliers
- Gathering and archiving all required qualification evidence
Administrative and Office Support
- Managing office supplies and daily operations
- Providing general administrative assistance to the team
What You Will Bring

- At least two years of similar work experience in an international company
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluency in English and Czech, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- A high level of responsibility and reliability
- Motivation to grow personally while helping the company succeed
