About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial operations across the Czech Republic and Southeast Europe. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing the sales of both disposable and capital medical devices, while managing and developing a cross-functional team of sales representatives and product managers to achieve business goals.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will drive business growth and operational excellence through the following responsibilities:

Business Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across the territory.

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team across multiple geographies.
  • Ensure alignment between regional sales strategies and global company objectives.
  • Foster collaboration with internal functions, including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution.

Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability objectives across distributor-driven and direct markets.
  • Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to drive performance.
  • Establish and refine sales policies and processes that enhance team efficiency and drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Compliance & Market Expertise

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations, including Ethics & Compliance.
  • Stay informed on market dynamics, evolving healthcare policies, and the competitive landscape across each region.

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in international sales leadership within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong track record of managing diverse, cross-border teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Flexibility to travel internationally approximately 30–40% of the time.
