We are looking for a candidate to take responsibility for Sales' Operations in our Sales and Service organization.

Our main office is in Prague and the sales' team is responsible for serving our customers and supplying medical devices in 16 countries in the South East region of Europe. The Sales Operations Specialist will have a critical role in supporting the sales team. The work can be done in a hybrid set up (office and remote work).

 

The main responsibilities are as below:

Due Diligence Follow-Up

  1. Verify the accuracy and compliance of customer and vendor documentation.
  2. Conduct thorough follow-ups on pending due diligence requirements with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and report on the status of due diligence processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
  4. Support with Onboarding of new Business Partners and ensure to comply with intrenal requirements

Distributor Agreements management

  1. monitor all Distributor Agreements and Annexes are in place with proper signatures and archived in internal system
  2. all neccesarry documents related to distributors (recruitement and onboarding forms, letters of concerns, termination notices archived
  3. Informing management about Distributor Agreements expiration 6 months prior

Sales Administration

  1. Coordinate and manage archiving of Sales Offers from Sales team in shared folder and ensure up-to-date quality

Training monitoring

  1. Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training sessions on tools, processes, and compliance requirements.
  2. Track training deadlines
  3. Keeping database of valid and expired training certicates for distributors and closely cooperating with Sales and Service Directors

Demo Coordination

  1. Support Sales teams with gathering all required documentation for product evalutions and demonstrations to be compliant with internal processes
  2. Collaborate with sales representatives and technical teams to ensure demo content aligns with customer needs and internal requirements

 

 The ideal candidate should:

  • Have at least 2 years of similar work experience in an international company;
  • Have a min bachelor degree;
  • Fluent English and Czech language;
  • Be well organized with an eye for details;
  • Be a good team player;
  • Responisbile and reliable;
  • Be motivated to improve the company performance as well as herself/himself;
