We are looking for a candidate for a critical role in our Service team. The Service Backoffice Specialist will be reporting to Service Director of our entity and be responsible for Service Backoffice activities. The location of the job is Prague. 

 

The Service Backoffice Specialist will:

- manage service contracts, track warranty expirations, service contract expirations, communicate with customers regarding contract changes;

- communicate Field Service Corrective Actions (FSCA) information to customers and distributors based on input from service and QRC team;

- monitor the progress of FSCA with distributors (16 countries) requesting evidence of status and completion, including updating the affected installation base on the system (SAP);

- manage further communication of open complaints with DCU handlers requiring further details from the field (for all the countries in the CSEE hub);

- manage of credit notes, enquiries from BA based on data provided by distributors and service team;

- registering and processing service orders in the SAP system;

- contact with customers, service and sales team and distributors;

- control over service (from ordering to issuing a service invoice);

- obtain and archive documents;

- cooperate with SSC in Masterdata: customer, goods, prices;

- accept and process complaints from customers;

- register and process purchase orders for technicians and customers/distributors in the SAP system and in a different form;

- contact with factories regarding the status of Orders;

- coordinate of delivery / dispatch;

- submit and process complaints against the supplier.

 

 

The best candidate for this role should have:

  • Experience in a similar role – minimum 3 years;
  • Minimum Bachelor degree;
  • Fluent English and Czech;
  • Focus on Details;
  • Initiative and quality approach; 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill;
  • Team players’ approach;
  • Growth mindset.
