We are looking for a Service Technician to work in our great Service Team in Prague area, Czech Republic.
These are the things that the person will be responsible for:
- Installation and startup of customer equipment, devices, and systems.
- Checking the technical condition of equipment and devices.
- Performing repairs and maintenance (warranty and post-warranty).
- Diagnosing technical problems and determining the right solutions.
- Keeping technical documentation.
- Training clients in the use of equipment and devices.
- Understanding the client's needs and recommending the right solutions.
- Communication with a sales team in terms of served clients and their needs.
- Current reporting of service work and materials used in a company system.
- Timely planning of service visits in order to meet the requirements of service contracts, supervising the proper implementation of contracts in accordance with the terms of service contracts.
- Careful and up-to-date registration and settlement of performed service works according to company procedures.
- Caring for continuous improvement of one's professional skills.
- Implementation of corrective service actions (FSCA) in the scope provided by the device manufacturer, timely reporting, collection of confirmations from users.
The candidates should have:
- Minimum 3 years of similar professional experience.
- Experinece with medical devices - an adventage.
- Good English - an advantage.
- Driving licence,
- Knowledge/experinece with electronics and troubleshooting,
