Director R&D Project Office (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Lead and support the Project Office organization for Surgical Workflows
• Management of the Project Office department for Surgical Workflows
• Responsible for on time, at cost and quality delivery of projects
• Responsible for department budget and personal development
• Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept well informed with accurate and timely information of progress, risks and issues as well as drive and support corresponding escalation path
• Collaborate with the business owners towards the development of the product development process as well as its execution
• Close cooperation with relevant strategy and finance departments as well as representatives of the different businesses
• Take over responsibility and moderation of various steering boards to drive project reporting and support project management

Your experience

• M.Sc. in relevant technical fields: Med. Tech., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• More than 5 years experience in project management
• More than 3 years in people management
• Ideally experience in the medical device industry
• Experience in project management of multi sites, multi nationals and in regulated environment
• Knowledge in relevant development process definition and control
• Experience in project control and reporting throughout all levels of the organisation
• Fluent in German and English, Swedish is a plus
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Strong independent, reliable and responsible working abilities
