Overview:

  • Lead and develop sales for IWS portfolio in Korea
  • Commercially responsible for selling and promoting IWS product portfolio to potential customers through all phases of the project from initial contact, solution design, quoting to the delivery.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Sales Activities

  • Drive and increase sales of IWS portfolio including Service Agreements
  • Achieve sales target, margin and order intake targets
  • Responsible for Pre-Do-Post tender process
  • Build a long-term relations with hospitals and other stakeholders focusing on creating new project sales for target accounts
  • Develop Sales and Marketing strategies for IWS portfolio
  • Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions
  • Responsible for sales quotations and proposals, updating documentation and pipeline of customer project
  • Daily interactions with customers and other stakeholders (internal and external)

 

II. Product Specialist

  • Solution selling and ability to understand and analyze customers workflows
  • Perform customer need analysis for different IWS offerings
  • Prepare system design, specifications, offers and documentation
  • Represent IWS in general - act as back-up and support IWS colleagues
  • Drive own education and seek knowledge when required by customer demands
  • Manage projects from first contact to signed agreement
  • Contribute to internal coordination and act as link between customer and delivery
  • Identify the project in early stage

 

III. Others

  • Live by Getinge business ethics and compliance
  • Actively support and work by Getinge Core Values
  • Responsible for having good knowledge of Getinge Quality Management System (QMS) and all routines and policies
  • Be updated on laws and practices in your area of responsibility

 

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience from the healthcare sector with a good understanding of the flow in a hospital and the complexity
  • University degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience in solution selling
  • Experience with IT solutions is an advantage
  • Experience with tender work preferred
  • Relevant experience in sales, project management, value-based selling, after market and communication
  • Previous background and experience in Technology or Healthcare with knowledge in Healthcare IT
  • Structured approach in account management
  • Documented track-record in building strong relationship with customers
  • Solid understanding of a complex organization and how to succeed in this set-up
  • Successful interaction with colleagues and external customers and possessing the ability to understand the customer's needs

  • Outgoing personality that enjoys being with people of all levels of the organisation
  • Strong drive and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Korean and English
  • Strong IT & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential
  • Strong sense of team and customer collaboration
  • Have a driving license
