Job Overview工作概述

This role is responsible for supporting BU on commercial reporting, funnel management, business analysis and dealing with operation for Salesforce as the business partner; and driving the channel strategy landing from BP perspectives.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties工作职责和基本职责

  1. Support BU on reporting for Sales related activities including Sales Performance, Distributor Performance, Sales Flow Collection & Analysis. Continuous improvement of reporting tools and review processes. 30%

支持业务部门与销售相关的报告需求,包括销售业绩、经销商业绩、耗材流向收集和分析。持续改进报告工具和审查流程

  1. Conduct regular funnel analysis and work out improving areas with insights. 25%

定期进行业务机会分析,并给出具有洞察力的改进建议

  1. Act as one point contact for Salesforce issues, plan training to sales team, develop dashboards and be responsible for price maintenance. 15%

  1. Assist channel department to conduct annual dealer renewal and authorization. Complete the issuance of the corresponding letter of attorney. 20%

  1. Implement channel management policies to the actual situation of each BU. 10%

Minimum Requirements任职条件

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

本科学历及以上

  • At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry

至少5年医疗领域相关的工作经验

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and Salesforce, strong competence on working with complexing datasets and performing required data cleaning independently.

SAPSalesforce有深入了解,在处理复杂数据集和独立执行数据清理方面具有很强的能力

  • Good English reading and writing skills.

具备较好的英语读写能力

  • Good command of office software, including strong PPT presentation, data analysis and tackling capability.

具备较好的办公软件操作能力,包括较强的PPT制作演示、数据分析及处理能力

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 所需的知识、技能和能力

  • Channel/Sales operation experience is preferred
